I did not share the positive experiences of the rest of the reviews. I booked my tax appointment months ahead of time. Don seemed to want to rush through the appointment as quickly as possible, almost to the point of being rude. I submitted my remaining forms online and he never looked at them until I called several times. Each time talking to Don was like starting from scratch. He had no idea who I was or anything about my taxes. It took him almost 2 months to complete my very simple tax return. I had a separate tax issue that he completely forgot to address, despite multiple reminders from me. I eventually just went and got my papers from him because it appeared he was never going to finish the work. Go anywhere but here.
We needed help w/ CO Dept of Revenue Sales tax. Don resolved our issue quickly and showed me how to make my quarterly reports. Very Happy :)
