First off, this is a bank as well, not just an ATM. I have only been to this place twice, but I won't be visiting again. Both times my husband and I got the same person, and both times I left feeling exhausted. The banker kept on trying to shove credit cards down our throat, even though we already have ones that we like, with a good history on them too. It is literally exhausting having to tell him no to credit cards 5-6 times before he actually listens and get on with what you actually came there for. He isn't too professional, and argues with you a lot. I can't speak for anyone else in the office, just the one guy we had both times, but he ruined it for me.
