We absolutely LOVE the food we get from the amazing chefs at Back to Basics Kitchen. We have never been disappointed in any item. Their meals have such easy prep and allow an easy homemade dinner for our family around the table together. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It is great to support a local business that is such high caliber. I wanted to add to my review - we just had the Mediterranean Spaghetti Squash Bake and when I took it out of the oven you could see the love and care that went into preparing this fabulous dish! It was richly flavorful and absolutely delicious. We also absolutely love their Tamale Pie which was on the menu this week as well. Again, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the chefs at Back to Basics Kitchen.
This is NOT a restaurant, or cafe, currently. They sell pre-prepared food, sometimes frozen or chilled, and there is not an area for seating.
I've been eating Back to Basics Kitchen food for the past year, and it has been an amazing addition to my life. I've been bringing it to work as lunch every week, and the new menu each week is awesome for a great variety of options. Some of my favorite dishes have been the Tom Kha Gai soup, the bbq roasted chicken, and wow- the turkey burgers.

This place is so awesome! I love everything about it. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but everything is local organic food. So nice to finally have a place nearby that accommodates my food allergies!
