Avoid this place like the plague!!! I thought maybe the one star reviews about this place didnt hold water, but I was very wrong! First off, the employees all really do not seem to care in the least about whats going on and are not very attentive. Second, the wash will not get anything off your vehicle that is remotely greasy or sticky. Third, It takes way too long to actually get your car washed here. Fourth, every time I went through the wash, my front license plate came out bent and not it has a permanent crease in it. Finally, upon trying to cancel the membership on the day I was billed, it was too late and they very rudely said they do not give refunds. So if you want a dirty, damaged vehicle with bad customer service, this is your place. Its not only this location that is bad either, the whole company doesnt seem to know how to run a good business or have good morals for that matter.
Haven't been super happy with the quality of wash here. The last 3 or 4 times I've noticed multiple areas that were completely looked over - streaked windows, massive amounts of dirt left on rear of vehicle and side steps, unvacuumed back seat. I understand that I could certainly point all of these areas out each time but, for $25 a wash, I would expect a lot more attention to detail without me needing to finely inspect everything.
This place knows how to do business. My wife has had a membership for 2 years. I'm pretty frugal with my money, so I'm very picky and expect a lot for services like this. The staff always goes above and beyond and are always friendly. There is one particular staff member, Eric, who way outdoes it for me. He makes sure everyone is taken care of. I highly recommend this place to friends and family.
The staff at Waterway always seems to go the "extra mile" to make sure that my vehicle is looking great inside and out. That's especially important since I have clients with me almost daily.Amazing new staff update, super polite and friendly, called me by my surname, greeted me every step of the way. Felt like they really wanted to make sure I felt special and taken care of as best as possible, and did an excellent job cleaning up my truck after a solid day on dirt roads in the foothills showing homes to clients while driving around on rural dirt roads.
DO NOT COME HERE!! I just came here yesterday for a car wash like I always do and ended losing a piece to my tire. The worker who was guiding me in the car wash didnt even do his job properly and I heard my tire crushing up against the railing in the car wash. I knew something sounded off and I couldnt get out of my car to check. The worker didnt even prompt me to put my car in neutral or anything. He seemed like he could care less. After I left and arrived home, I saw that my hub cap of my front left tire was completely off. This was the side where I heard my wheel crushing against the railing in the car wash. The employee knew about it and didnt say anything!!! I saw him go to the front side of my car and pick up something and walk away. I called immediately to speak to a manager and was told they were busy and would call back later. Never received a call back so I called again today and was told they were busy. I am extremely upset because of the fact the worker knew about it and didnt saw anything about it. If he would of been doing his job properly, this wouldnt have happened. My car is leased and I have to keep it in good condition and now I have to pay out of pocket to get that replaced just because the worker didnt care to properly do his job. Worse car wash ever and horrible employees!!
