Ive been a loyal customer to Jos a bank for 7 years. Time and time again, the employees at this location prove to me why I love this company and the Broomfield location so much. Every time I come in, I am greeted by Chris Smith, the store manager. I have been his personal client ever since I came into this store, and I could not be happier with his service. His expert customer service, attention to detail, and a constant strive toward ensuring I am happy with my experience here leads me to believe that he is the perfect match for anyone looking to update and refresh their wardrobe. He is highly versed in anything regarding suits, and is very skilled in learning about his customer. He knows exactly what I like, and recommends suit colors/patterns/ and combinations that I would never have even thought of before, and I love them. I have been extremely satisfied with each custom/made to measure suit I have purchased here, thanks to both Chris, and Paul Tashlykov, the store tailor. He knows exactly the way a suit should fit and drape. He is an expert at measurements, making sure the fit is right from the first time. He is very well versed in his craft as a tailor. His experience in alterations shows through the quality of his work, and his knowledge and meticulous attention to detail proves to me that this is a tailor I can trust on a consistent basis. He knows my measurements by memory, and knows exactly what fit of suit I need. I would highly recommend this location, Chris, and Paul to anybody looking for a great experience with shopping for clothes and suits.

Update Nov 2018: I contacted Jos A. Bank corporate at their request. They made things right, understood the problem and were very accommodating. In addition, Chris, the store manager at this location, was also very professional and was able to offer me free tailoring on a topcoat I had purchased. Ultimately, Jos A. Bank stepped up when they needed to. Rating has been changed to 5 stars as of 11-5-18.Orignal: When it comes to the staff at this location, it's hit or miss with professionalism and overall courtesy for the customer. Dropping hundreds of dollars on suits and other clothing items should come with an expectation that you are treated with respect and that just doesn't happen every time.
INCREDIBLE TEAM at this location! I came in one week before the interview of my life needing a suit. I received a custom fitted suit within a week. Then after wearing that day noticed a seam came loose. One phone call and the tailor came in special so that I could be presentable for my interview! Experience was seamless. Used this place to rent a tux for my wedding and for my groomsmen. The website was handy for making sure they all had done their fittings. Getting my fitting (at a different store) went fine. Pickup was also very easy here. What really disappointed me though was that the shirt was so enormous. I've never worn a tux before so maybe that's normal, but it felt ridiculous to me. I also think I look better in my own 3 piece suit from Men's Warehouse. Oh well though.
