Absolutely ridiculous court house. The judge is clearly a bitter old man who is on a power trip. Charging extra fines for not being able to pay same day of should be illegal and in my mind is a form of extortion. Shame on anyone involved in this corrupt system.

When you call in, the receptionists dont know how to solution seek. All they give are excuses not to help a person out. I was told to respond within 14 days for my case. Called in trying to do so and all they could tell me was the person I was trying to reach was not in.Our tax paying dollars at work ladies and gentlemen.

It was very quick, to the point, and formal. all together a decent first court to appear in.

Went in to arrange my speeding ticket payment today in court because they said I cant set up a payment arrangement over the phone...(The girl who I talked to is incredibly rude when I tried to find out basic info. I recorded the conversation and will upload the file to Yelp) I go in the clerk verified that I had to see the judge to set up a payment arrangement.. So I talked to the AC & C Attorney, and she said they would reduce my points if I took a driving class & to talk to a judge about a payment arrangement to pay my ticket... with this ticket I would have still had 2 points on my license but I agreed to the deal anyways and when the judge saw me he said I HAD to take the course and now my $218 ticket turned into more money and a class..all I wanted to do was pay my ticket and arrange a payment plan but now get all this other stuff tacked on... If I would have had the money today my points would have been reduced to the same with taking the class.. I have also been waiting 30 min now to talk to the Assistant City & County Attorney Amanda Lebaron again and shes been avoiding me. She clearly doesn't communicate properly to the judge and they are unprofessional. If I acted like this at my old firm I would have been fired! Amanda also told me that you could have 18 points on your license and the judge stated you could only have 12... so which one is it? INFORM your staff the correct information and communicate to eachother. The most unprofessional mediocre experience ever!

everyone here is on auto pilot. 90% of the time Its like how the hell did these people get hired? it takes a super blind person to hire an entire staff of worthless people who only see there job as a check.if you ever have to deal with this place, GOOD LUCK. only the security is friendly. weird right?
