My Surface Pro 4 started giving me power issues and I brought it into the FlatIron store to see if they had a trick to reset it or something. Waited a few minutes as the Microsoft associate worked with another customer. Liam introduced himself and started troubleshooting my Surface Pro... it wouldn't power on. Liam looked up my warranty and determined it was under warranty (thank you Liam for your extra time!) and swapped out my dead unit for a new one right on the spot. After dealing with Microsoft Support over the phone as well as chat for hours (literally hours) in an attempt to get an Xbox One Elite Controller repaired or even replaced, I was referred here. They took care of the problem, replacing my faulty controller with a fully operational refurbished one. I couldn't be more satisfied.
We were trying to fix an Xbox, and this kiosk store sent us to Park Meadows as that is the closest store that does repairs. After driving the 45 minutes to the other location, we were told they could not fix (they did not even try to diagnose) and they sent us BACK to Flatirons as they did not have an Xbox to swap with us.Frustrated, we went back to this store and commented on the hassle/misinformation. Liam was SUPER helpful and polite, explained what should have occurred at the other store, and was able to swap out our broken Xbox.We appreciated his customer service and making exceptions to the Rules after our hassles.
Good service but it's not a Microsoft store. It's a desk in the hallway with an Xbox on it and two people working. They're knowledgeable but don't have equipment to fix anything and just direct you to an actual store that's 45 minutes away.
