We had very little idea of what we wanted (more ideas of what we didn't want!) and a price range and vases and this florist made us lovely fall arrangements for our very fast wedding! Really, lovelier than we could even envision. Good customer service is friendly and helpful; great customer service is helping the customer get what they wanted even when they weren't sure what that was! This was great service!
