One star only because I couldn't rate this company any lower. I called in 8 times trying to buy a door mat. I was put on hold for over an hour, I was given contradicting information, and I was hung up on. Trying to buy a house warming gift from Pottery Barn has been the worst customer service experience I've had in years.
Never order custom furniture!! I was told my order would be ready in 6-8 weeks, it's now been more than 10 weeks and I am still getting the run around. I've called numerous times and keep getting told numerous stories as to why the order is late. Basically, as to what I gather, it's stuck in a warehouse in NJ for over 4 weeks, but they don't have a contact number?! Total BS. They only send requests electronically, but I never received a clear response or call back in regards to an update. Super disappointed with PB. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. In the meantime..... I'm still waiting on a clear delivery date.

Very low selection supply. Super poor customer service and product knowledge. Sales rep even admitted she was no help and slow. I'm better off going online then dealing with the poor customer service. It's aweful!
