Just your run of the mill place
Place is nice, but bathroom is always a mess, this store is much more expensive then the shell store just down the road. Good place to get your car wash done but when it comes to buying anything includeing gas you will do much better to just go to the shell down the road.
It's a gas station and a super fancy car wash. It's clean but a little lacking on the convenience amenities. What's a guy got to do for some Chapstick that doesn't cost $4?
Horrible. I Use to be a regular customer at this gas station, but my recent experience with some "bad apples" for employees is making it hard to ever return. I Pull up to the pump, step out, and I start checking my wallet to see how much to fill up on, when a few of their employees come within a step of me (between me and my gas cap) and ask if I need any help. I've lost track now and am wondering why these guys are blocking me from filling up, it didn't feel like friendly customer service it felt like I was being profiled by security. I tell them that I am fine and don't need any help and honestly I know I sounded annoyed because I had just been interrupted. To then further compound the situation after the interruption I go and put in the wrong card and have to cancel the transaction. Which of course makes the two guys that just messed me up come back and bug me again but this time with a smirk. I've noticed a few times going there that I am one of the few who get approach at the pump in the name of "customer service" and after this event it was really starting to feel more unwelcoming to me then anything else. So after I was done pumping I wanted to go inside and explain the unpleasant situation, in hopes of some kind of solution. As I approach the store I see the boys who were just bugging me talking to the cashier, who I assumed was in charge, and they are talking about how they know they are harrassing me more than anything else, but I guess it is funny. So NOW I KNOW IT wasn't just robotic, ignorant, customer service, these employees knew I didn't want to be "helped" by them but continued to act Obtuse about it. This Obtuseness then was spread to the cashier (the only one working at the time, a girl who puts on way too much makeup) who I tried to explain the situation to but before I am even through with my second sentence the cashier suggests I go shop at the shell down the street...REALLY? I have been a loyal regular customer who fills up twice a week, gets their car washed every week, and my very first complaint I am told to shop else where? Ok! Until those brat-like employees are gone I will shop elsewhere, Shell even has tacos YUM! :)
Just your average clean GAS station. They had an attendant walking around offering help which I thought was unusual but I suppose could be useful for others.
