Really bad customer service and business practice. I asked this place on multiple occasions to freeze my membership. They did their own thing and my requests fell on mute ears. They took out large monthly payments even tho I had a right to ask for my account to be frozen.
Workout is good! I worked out for 2 years and was treated very poorly when I ended my contract! Trainer trys to date clients! Very unprofessional!
Here is my direct experience with this business: I was a member for three years. I received an email from 9Round asking for "feedback." I replied to the email with my concern about the lack of toilet paper, security cameras only pointing at us working out, and understaffing. The owner suspended my membership via Facebook messages. I mailed a letter to him in response and have never heard anything back from him, which has been over a month. This business action speaks volumes to me by not saying anything at all. Based on my experience, I'm taking my fitness dollars elsewhere. If I could give this zero stars, I would, but Google requires at least one.
Excellent workout in such a short amount of time. I absolutely loved every round and the instruction was fantastic. The glove drills are so much fun. Great combination of fun, sweat, endurance, agility, speed, just all around EXCELLENT! Don't hesitate to try it out for yourself!
I love that there is no class time. You just come when you want to work out. You don't have to be a martial arts expert to have fun here. The trainers have made an amazing atmosphere and they treat you like family. I come now as much for my mental health as for my physical, because this is where my friends are. It's a great workout (I burn 300+ calories in 30 min. My male friend gets 500+) Plus, I can now do push-ups (the real kind-not just the girl kind!) and I'm getting muscle definition.It's a little pricier, but 100% worth it. You don't get this level of personal attention anywhere else for this price. I would highly recommend this place! (Steve the trainer is awesome!)
