  You are generally not lucky when you need an attorney, but the day I contacted this firm, I was extremely lucky. They made a bad situation work out wonderfully and painlessly. Can highly recommend!

  Spoke with trademark attorney John Arsenault regarding a new trademark for a new brand name and logo. John seemed very helpful at first but I wasn't set on a name yet so I told him I would get back with him once I have a name picked out. I called a month later and left him a message asking him to call me back because I thought I had a name picked out. I did not receive a call back. Another month passes; I call his office again and this time when I get John on the phone I get a completely different tone with him. He remembered me he said, but John was now unwilling to give me any feedback or advice on the new name I had chosen and said that I need to hire them first. Well, that was 'exactly' what I had every intention on doing before I was treated as though I was just fishing for free information. As if it was illogical for me to think I would be treated with the same quality of help and respect that I received on the first call. I was highly turned off by the whole experience and decided to contact another trademark attorney in my area who was much nicer, more helpful, and also quoted me a much better quote for my needs.
