I had a coupon from another location that I was given after they took over an hour to deliver me the wrong order. I decided I would give this location a chance. Nope. I got the wrong order again and it took 30 minutes to get it. I live less than 2 miles from this store. I called and they said they would bring me the correct order. 30 minutes later and it was still wrong. I sent an email and was told someone from this store would contact me. That was November 19th and I've heard nothing. The only redeeming quality of Jimmy John's in general is that they are supposed to deliver your food quickly. After all, how long could it possibly take to correctly assemble a sandwich when all you have to do is be able to read? Spend your money elsewhere.
Every sandwich I get from here is literally mush, completely soaked through the wrapper with oil and juice. It's like they stoppe dipped it in water for 5 minutes, ridiculous
50 minutes for a sandwhich is ridiculous. If I had that time, I could go home make a real meal and come back to work. That's it. I am never ordering again from here. Myself and most of the complex will stick to ordering Subway. At least they get to us.
I found I love Papa John's Great sandwiches get them on time the bomb
Ordered a turkey bacon club online, for delivery. $7 sandwich, $3 delivery, $3 tip and there was no bacon on it! I would have preferred to give feedback to the actual restaurant but they also never sent me any email confirmation/ receipt.Decent sandwich but definitely not worth 13 bucks, especially if they're going to leave out main ingredients. 2 stars for the delicious pickle.
