It is difficult to know whether to direct this review at the company owner, Scott, or toward the men that he hires to do the bulk of the painting. We had difficulty with both parties. We had the painters come in to do the entirety of our home - every surface including the kitchen cabinets. We deliberately scheduled them for after we had ripped out old flooring and before the new flooring was installed. Less stress and work for the painters, so they can focus on the details and we can get a better finish overall, we thought. The team of two guys who came first (before touch-ups) were beyond sloppy. We had two colors - a grey for the walls and white for the cabinets and trim. They managed to get sprays, splats, and even huge dribbles of the wrong paint on almost every surface of our home, including our kitchen countertops and bathroom fixtures since they did not lay down drop cloths. We asked them to remove the paint on these surfaces - even marked them all with sticky notes - but they only took care of about half of them before leaving so we just did the rest ourselves. They left entire areas unpainted, assuming that we wouldn't notice. Such as the interior walls of a closet that you wouldn't see unless you stood in the closet. This we noticed this late enough that we also had to just do it ourselves. They had agreed to paint some new baseboards for us - not yet installed, the flooring people would do that, all they had to do was give them a single coat of the white paint. When it came time for them to be installed we noticed that less than half of them had been painted. Guess who did that work themselves too? Finally after the new flooring (laminate and carpet) came in Scott (the owner) himself came back to do the touch-ups that we'd agreed upon when hiring him. Well.. he did come back. After standing us up twice. We were no longer living at that home, were living about 30 minutes away and I had to take time away from work with each of these appointments to meet them at the house. Two days in a row I waited for over an hour before hearing from him, at which point he told me he'd have to re-schedule yet again. And when he did finally come, he did not have all the necessary supplies with him so had to arrange to come back again the following evening. He in fact came three or four days later and completed the final touch ups. At the point of listing our home on the market there were two different shades of white on our kitchen ceiling, the paint was chipping off of our metal stair banister since they apparently did not use the right kind of paint, and there were small drips of paint on our brand new laminate flooring, brand new light fixtures, and freshly washed windows. We painstakingly addressed all of these issues by ourselves as well.We really, really wish we had just done the painting on our own. It would have been a lot of work, but we wouldn't have stood ourselves up or given ourselves so much added stress and frustration. They were not that much cheaper than one of the larger companies would have been, though they too probably would have done more harm than good. We thought we'd have more peace of mind going with a smaller business. We were wrong.
Scott and his team did a wonderful job painting the interior of my home. When I initially contacted Scott, he came out and gave me a detailed estimate which was priced well in comparison to other quotes I received. He informed me, he was booked for the next 6 months, which didn't work for my time table. He said he might be able to squeeze me in, between jobs as it was a "smaller" job. Sure enough, less than 2 months later, just after Thanksgiving, he contacted me and said he had an opening to help me with my project.Scott and his team showed up when they said they would and got the job done. I'm very happy with their work! I recommend Amazing Painting Solutions for anyone looking to do some home improvement/painting.
Amazing Painting Solutions exceeded all of our expectations! Everyone I worked with was very courteous and professional & the results were even better than expected. I will definitely call again when I have another painting project. I highly recommend talking to Scott!
I am so Very happy! Victor went the extra mile and did more than what the original quote called for! They were hard working even in this 90-degree heat, and they finished this job quickly to my satisfaction. This was an exterior job on our house and they were more than meticulous in covering plants, painting the smallest detail, and the clean-up was every night. You would not have known that our house was being painted except how beautiful it looks. I will hire them again this winter for some interior painting. Scott, Victor and their crew did an amazing painting job on my house! You should call them! Thanks!!!
We had Scott paint the exterior of our 40 year home which required a lot of prep work as the siding was chipping away around the entire house. Scott ensured me that his team would take care of all of this by removing the loose paint chips, sanding down the rest and then priming over it. His team wound up doing a great job and they didn't leave until he was satisfied and I was satisfied with the work that was done. Scott truly cares about his reputation in this industry and won't cut corners just to finish a job. I highly recommend giving these guys a call.
