Beautiful park and trails. Unfortunately a lot of dog poop on sidewalks and grassy areas.
One of my favorite places to stop when I take the break way home and have time to kill. There isn't a playground here but my kids love the little lake, the birds, and the wife open fields. Has grassy areas great for setting up net games, a picnic table area, a little dock. It's Great little area to explore with the kids. Very peaceful! In the winter and fall it does get chilly though. This location is very open to the winds.
Anthem Community Park is a large park filled with sprawling green meadows, a vast lake, and majestic views of the mountains. The park features a large shelter, permanent restrooms, electricity, bbq grills, picnic tables, soccer fields and a medium-sized parking lot. There are many walking and biking paths in the park and one that surrounds the lake. This is a great place to come year round and enjoy the peaceful quiet beauty of nature or to come for a fun family outing.
Nice little park with a trail/path around the lake. Good views of the mountains during sunset.
Nice walking path around a reservoir. Each lap is just about a mile. Well-kept, nice views.
