Over promised and under delivered. Was told that if I didn't upgrade the shingles id save money on my deductible. So standard were installed. When the roof was installed they blasted so much wood from the decking trough the roof of my garage onto my 1952 ford that was in the garage. It wasn't ever addressed and then apparently there were some incorrect flashing put in so they had to redo a portion and came back and put wood chips all over my vehicle that was in the garage again. Then to make matters worse 4 months later came back saying I owed them $1000. I asked what was the difference since I didn't upgrade the shingles and was told there was no price difference. So I got non upgraded shingles and didn't save any money. They didn't contact me for 4 months and then threatened to send me to collections. Horrible experience overall. This was a referral from my insurance company I worked for. I reccomend always getting second opinions even if your insurance company is telling you to go through them
