Just went to Walmart , the store was very nice and clean.

They raise their rates every year even when people have been there for years and they say the reason for this is the older tenants have to pay for the ones that don't. Straight from the office personnel that collects the money. They are charging for gas & electricity , trash pickup, sewer is paid only if it is in their line, to the trailer is the owners expense -- I would think twice on Moving a trailer to this park.

The property manager, Kim, is very kind, helpful, and considerate towards the residents and community. However, the assistant, Lauren, not so much.
