The lobby area has no air conditioning. Back in the massage areas it is cooler. It's hard to get appointments for multiple people at one time.
I received a massage on last month. When I arrived there was no receptionist. The waiting area was not air conditioned. But once you step into the quiet room, the air conditioning is quite comfortable. As for the massage...I wanted sports but got Swedish. Not to mention loud talking coming from the room beside the room I was in. I thought it was the employee lounge. Id like a refund and cancel the membership.
