Went in a middle of a snow storm. The place is nice, the food was ok for the price. Ordered the "All you can eat" menu, you cannot ask more for 15 bucks. The attention was pretty good too.
We go here regularly staff is nice the food is good.Edit: Bee took fantastic care of us this evening. She's always cheerful and has great suggestions. Alex is also great. He took wonderful care of us a few visits ago.
We've been to this location before. The manager on duty was not great. Listened but gave no feedback on our message. He left us wondering if what we said was important. However, there is a waitress named Bea who is outstanding! She never says no to a request. She can do anything you want, within reason. As long as she is there, we will be back. Bravo, Bea! You are tribute to others in your field!!!
The servers at this Applebee's are so enjoyable; both Mais and Bee are such a delight.I usually get either the Thai shrimp salad or the plank salmon so I am always happy with my food. The quality is very nice, the value for the money is reasonable; I will continue to patronize this place.
I eat steaks here for many years both in Colorado Springs and Centennial. Applebee's used frozen steaks. I stopped eating their steak meals. They now have changed to unfrozen steaks. The good taste is back and I'm eating their steak meals again. I liked the old interior better than the change they have today. I'm not a big change guy. If you have something good going. Don't change it just because it's 50 years old.
