AH-mazing! My 13 year-old brought in his bike for repairs which he was paying for. They really took the time to explain everything and prepare us for the cost. It was very reasonable and the service was fast. The staff was very friendly and we will definitely be going there for all of our bike needs now.
The measure of a shop is how they respond when there is trouble. I've had two significant manufacture issues and these guys were incredible. The customer service is excellent in a friendly and welcoming shop.

This comes through in how they work with you, whether you're buying products or services. Prices are outstanding for a smaller local bike shop. Can't wait to see how the remodel goes.
