We just moved the area and I need a new go-to coffee place. Ive been twice now and while the customer service has been top notch (theyre friendly, funny, and patient), the drinks and food have not been good. Couldnt taste the added peppermint flavor or chocolate in my mocha either time. No trace. Tasted like a so-so latte. The breakfast sandwich was really mushy too unfortunately and fell to pieces when I picked it up. I really want to like this one place. Please please up the flavor in your drinks so I dont have to resort to Starbucks for my morning fix.
I probably won't be back unless the redhead (didn't catch her name) is no longer working there. I can't believe how rude and disrespectful she was towards me. I couldn't make my mind up fast enough for her I guess? Good coffee won't ever make up for a nasty attitude and poor customer service. It's too bad because I've always been treated nice there by the other baristas.
The staff here are awesome! They're always willing to have a quick conversation, which many times brightens my mornings when I stop by! They also have delicious breakfast burritos! And good coffee!
