Fantastic shoe and boot selection. They carry Frye boots and shoes for that slightly western modern look. Excellent service!
I was looking for dress brown shoes in wide sizes. Dillard's had the best selection of dress shoes in the entire Flatirons mall. Some great brands. Except wide sizes. The guy there would say some brands run a little wider but not one pair of wide size shoes. It almost seemed he was not allowed to use the word. Disappointing
It's too bad that I don't have the option to leave a 0 star rating, they don't even deserve 1 star. I purchased a pair of Kate Spade sunglasses during a sale and unfortunately the security tag bowed the frame. When I first tried them on, I thought the way they were fitting was due to the security tag being attached and that it wouldn't be an issue once the tag was off. I purchased them, wore them a couple of days later to find that the tag actually bowed the piece and therefore they were damaged. I called this store for about 2 weeks asking to speak to the manager to get this resolved, each time I was told they weren't in, they were in a meeting, they aren't available, please leave a message, explain the situation and they will call you back. I just spoke to the manager, MacKenzie, to get this resolved and was told that they wouldn't be able to help me with my very reasonable and fair request to return/exchange them because the sale is over and she was just told about the complaint yesterday. Seriously?! I've been trying to explain my situation to the store manager for almost 2 weeks and she is just now being told about this? I tried to get this resolved during the sale but no one would get me through to a manager to speak to. And I have to be the one to call in AGAIN to beg to speak to a manager to be told "so sorry we can't help you" WOW. Will NEVER shop at Dillard's again. Here I thought buying high-end, high-priced, quality items from them would give me the benefit of great customer service. I was definitely wrong. They aren't worth the time or the money.
I had an issue with a Kate Spade watch that I purchased. The store manager and jewelry salesperson were very helpful. It is worth spending a little more money for great customer service!
Pretty much the typical department store. Good place to cut through on the way into the mall. Prices are too high and the employees are not especially friendly. Maybe they realize you are just cutting through?
