This Location is the red headed stepchild of Nordstrom , with their sub -par mens department and less then mediocre sales staff. You can tell they just want the sale, You can feel the competitive way they treat one another . There is very little service here, so don't expwct much. Visually this store feels unloved , moreover it lacks warmth and depth; it feels more like a Bargain Basement retailer and less like a high end experience. I feel like its a reflection of the area , people accept lower standers here.
The associate in the Chanel Beauty area was very knowledgeable and convinced me to buy more than I had planned and I am very grateful that I did. The color match in makeup to my skin tone is amazing and the makeup does not wear off during work
Overall great. The only issue I have is when someone gets a suit tailored they should ask the customer before letting them walk out would you like to try it on first to see if it's to your liking? But they don't. Maybe after this they will. You may not be Barneys of New York but follow their lead
People that work at Nordstroms are extremely helpful. Incredible sales, beautiful clothes and free hemming. It may cost a little bit more than some department stores but quality is way worth the price.
Ordered online received an email confirmation that the order was ready to pick up at 3:20 p.m., received a text with instructions how to do curbside service. I then did not check my email again since it is already said the order was ready. Arrived follow the instructions for curbside pickup and waited and then tried the phone number when nobody brought it out and there was no answer. Went into the store was able to go to pick up the order only to find out that at 3:48 p.m. there was an email stating one of the items wasn't available so they cancelled it. Major fail
