Arvada Pediatrics has provided care for our children for over 13 years. Dr. Brucker is thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond every time to be sure our kids are healthy and thriving. If Dr. Brucker is not available, Renee Millar is the PA we see and she is also excellent. Every doctor and PA we have seen at this practice is excellent and very caring. We have not had trouble with the office staff and even if we did, we would deal with it, as the care from the doctors here would more than make up for lack of service on the front end.
Long wait times and impersonal care; if you look cookie cutter providers then this is place for you! Be ready for them to quote the AAP and CDC guidelines without even examining your child. Each child is unique and special and deserves to be treated as an individual, not as an item that came off an assembly line. We tried for 1 year to give this practice a fair try and have been nothing but disappointed, we will not be returning.
Dr. Guerin is fantastic. Lara, the PA, is wonderful. Half the MAs are great and friendly and kind, but the others don't exhibit any pleasantries what-so-ever. We did have to see the new doctor one time when Dr. Guerin was out and the new doc didn't make eye contact when speaking with us. Perhaps she was learning the computer system because she just stared at her laptop the whole time. The office itself could use some updating but appears to be well cleaned. The front office staff are hit or miss. One woman is friendly and knowledgeable but the others make it down right painful to check in, ask a question, or schedule anything. If Dr. Guerin wasn't so lovely we would go somewhere else that has a front office staff that actually like their jobs and like working with people. I still gave 4 stars for the excellent providers and care received. Front office staff are the reason I just could not give 5 stars.
Bugs IN examine rooms! (Broomfield office). We also experienced long, long waits in the examine room (while watching the bugs crawl). When addressed with staff they acknowledged and said they have a problem in the break room as well! Nice way to deal with it. Peace out gross office.
