My son and I have been patients of Dr. King since 2011. We both recently needed his services for different reasons. In both situations, we were reminded of how great Dr. King is. He is knowledgeable, great at explaining (in simple terms) what you need to know. Most of all, he is kind and cares about you as an individual.
Worst doctor experience of my life. Was charged for procedure that was not needed, then sent for a CT Scan (paying out of pocket) which showed I had two serious issues. I was then called my Dr.Kings office and told that my CT Scan came back normal, later received a message that they had the wrong patient information. I called back and left a message and now I have been waiting for four days for a response. After not sleeping for days due to an insane sinus infection I called for answers and inquiring about getting reimbursed for a scope I paid for that was completely unnecessary, should just send a self pay patient to get a CT scan since they cost the same and that would be the next step after the scope anyways. Now it's been 5 days and still no answer as to what treatments I need or how to relieve the constant pain I am in,I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
