Carpets were a mess after the holidays! Called Chris and he was able to get me in the next day. Super friendly guy. Really couldnt believe how clean he got the carpets. I had a couple pet stains and a wine stain that I never thought would come out. He got em out. I love supporting family owned business. Ive had HiRez in my home before and the technician obviously hated his job because he was unfriendly as can be. Code Blue is my new go to.
Excellent company!!! Would highly recommend! We won't use any other company to clean our carpets ever. They are fast and efficient. Don't hesitate to hire this small local business!
Can't recommend this company enough! They did a great job on our carpets and made a couch we had purchased on Craigslist look brand new. I called a lot of places before making a decision and these prices were the best around, especially considering the high quality of the work. We will definitely use them again in the future.

For all the good reviews, I expected Chris to be amicable and helpful, but he was not. I live on a fourth floor apartment, and he told me that he won't do fourth floor cleanings (due to liability), and that he doubted I would find anyone that would. He was quite rude and practically hung up the phone on me, even though I was trying to explain that we have a parking garage in our complex so they wouldn't have to "haul their equipment up four floors." Highly disappointed in the customer service on that phone call. Someone that was really interested in helping out customers (or, more importantly, potential customers) would either have listened to the whole situation, or offered to me in contact with someone that would help me out. Maybe they do a great job, but I will never know, because Chris was extraordinarily unhelpful.
