All I can say these people are thieves! The sad part is that I pay my rent and should be able to park in my space without having to pay 100 dollars for things I have no control over. Karma is that I didnt have to come out of pocket to pay them desperate people my dealership did because they didnt send information to the DMV and I got a temp for 60 days. That is the Society we live in people do anything for a dollar and to wear a big diamond ring and have a brand new car. Hope is that when they sleep at night they think how many people they hurt to get a dollar.
Lying thieves! Said they are charging 10.00 and turned around and charge me a hundred to remove a boot for a spot I paid for! Said its a min boot removal fee. Disputed charge with credit company. Don't give them cash. Make sure you get a receipt!
Other than the fact that I pay every six months and I pay promptly and they still have the nerve to automatically deduct my DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT after specifically telling them twice not to do so! I guess it is ok.
I did have ADT do an estimate. but I wanted to go with a local company. These guys were great in setting up my monitoring system and they are incredibly quick when the alarm does go off. I think their response time is faster than ADT but can't verify that. I believe I had a 2 year contract with them and did not need to cancel prior to that. I have been very satisfied with their performance.
