Price is right for the area. However, look before you decide to rent a unit. Just because the size is 'garage' sized, the door into the unit is likely a 'man' sized door. Also, if you have a large Uhaul truck you might not be able to maneuver it around, tight turns. It is tight, but unless it's a large 27' sized uhaul or larger you won't have trouble.
New management and the manager is cool and quick to respond. It is self storage, so what can you say? Easy process. Good rates. It is a clean and secure facility.
