I have had nothing but the best experience with both Tim and Danielle. They were extremely helpful both in rearranging an appointment while we waited for parts, and when Tim arrived he was a very pleasant person to deal with. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need - and was in fact very helpful in giving me tips to avoid having the same plumbing problem again. I plan on using this company for all our plumbing needs, and would highly recommend them.
Tim is a wizard with copper pipe. Had a pinhole leak at the output of the hot water recirculation pump - Tim replaced and resoldered the surrounding pipe for a total fix. The solder joints now look clean and professional. The customer service here was great - he arrived promptly, and it took exactly the amount of time and cost estimated. Will definitely be giving them a call with my next plumbing issue.
Prompt, professional, and all around great experience. Had Tim (owner) out from McAdams to fo a variety of plumbing services. Tim installed a new gas water heater and removed the old one. All properly permitted and passing county inspection. Looks and works great. Also had a new toilet and new kitchen faucet installed by Tim. Both are looking and working great. Wife is happy. He also cleaned out a slow draining kitchen sink. We have definitely found our plumbing company with McAdams. All prices were upfront and no surprises. You wont be disappointed. Call Tim and McAdams.
We first learned about McAdams plumbing from a contractor (pro tip, always ask contractors you like for recommendations!). They've fixed our water heater (that was improperly installed) and two of our toilets (one full replacement and one shut-off valve). Every time they've been easy to schedule, prompt, professional, clean, friendly, and well-priced to boot. Highly recommended!
We are pleased with the installation of a quality water heater and the expertise of Tim's installation. The cost of this replacement was a pleasant surprise, it was very reasonable compared to what our research found and what our acquaintances have had to pay. Tim was very professional and respectful. He wore shoe covers and made sure that everything was clean and that we were satisfied with the install. Danielle is a very informed office manager, answering all of our questions and working with our schedule. Definitely will be our plumber of choice!!!
