I was reluctantantly forced to lower my rating due to recent actions by Inland, the parent company of 8000. While the staff remain top notch Inland has instituted several changes that have me not only regretting signing a new lease but seriously considering breaking my current one. If this trend continues it would be hard to imagine that many current residents would remain interested in continuing to reside here.This complex is a great place to live. The neighbors are mostly fun and friendly but what makes it is the staff. Crystal and Ashley are phenomenal. They are always ready to help and are super friendly. The assistant manager Shanon is very knowledgeable and eager to assist. The maintenance staff is fast and reliable. I would highly recommend 8000
If you want to read an honest review, please read the ones that have been recently edited. We are the tenants that are still living on the property.This will be my second and last year at this place. I travel a lot for work and there was nothing really to complain about living here. The free beer is why most stay, the people that live here are all chill, and the staff is amazing.This place is now run by Inland Residential Real Estate Services. Recently I have been hearing ridiculous stories from upper management. I'm not sure if it's the corporate environment or they're more delusional than Fyre's Billy McFarland. Recently there was an issue and they let one of their longest and honest staff member go. It wasn't justified, there was no email notice to us tenants, and we are all distraught. If you want to witness disgrace, simply live here.
Weve been living here almost a year, and it has been a nice community to live in. The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Crystal has been particularly helpful and appreciated throughout our rental experience, as she always takes the time to really listen to our questions or concerns. She has also taken the time to get to know us and helped us feel like Inland/8000 Uptown really cares about its residents. Apartments are pretty well built, modern, and maintenance requests have been responded to quickly. Were hoping to renew our lease.
My roommate and I just moved in a few days ago and are already loving our new home! We had so many questions and requests upon move in and the staff was there to answer all of them and sent appropriate maintenance people over to take care of a few small things right away! The staff is very welcoming and have been at our beckon call. Excited to see what else 8000 uptown has to offer!
My family and I love living here. The apartment is spacious and modern. We love coming down to the clubhouse for all of their events and on random week nights for beer and snacks. My 2 year old knows that there are juice boxes in the fridge for him when we stop in to pick up mail.
