I have been renting office space at 80 Garden Center for 3 years now. The office location is so convenient for me and for my clients. The building is very well maintained - has really nice well thought out office spaces, waiting areas, conference rooms and a large community kitchen area. The building is clean, quiet and occupied by professionals.There is also a large free parking lot and the building has security. I always feel safe in the parking lot and building when I work late nights and on weekends. The property owner (Jay) is very responsive and helpful. His office is also located on-site so he is readily available to answer questions or fix problems. Great place to have an office!
I loved having an office at 80 Garden Center. I felt that I was part of a strong, healthy and thriving community. The manager, Jay really brought a personal touch to the building, personally taking care of every tenant, making sure every detail was taken care of in a timely and professional way.
80 Garden Center was a great place to work. My office, the people and the work environment were all wonderful. Unfortunately I am planning on moving and couldn't stay. Hope to get the chance to have a office there again.
I have been in business for over 20 years, and have had several office spaces in that time. I moved into 80 Garden Center in January 2015 and have had the best experience, by far. Jay, the owner has taken what once was a run down building, completely gutted it, and created a wonderful space for small businesses to thrive. Offices have extra soundproofing that you won't find at other facilities. The rent is the most reasonable I have ever encountered. Included is free wi-fi, a break room, complete with free coffee and tea service, fridge, microwave, toaster and vending machines. There is ample close parking, ambient music in the hallways and baths. There are conference rooms available, as well as recycling. There is even extra storage available, if you need it, at a nominal fee. His lease terms aren't pages and pages long with hidden charges. His lease terms are simple, fair and up front. There are no surprises. The building is always clean and in good repair. Jay has put his heart and soul into this building; creating it and molding it into the space it is today. He is personable, accommodating, kind, knowledgeable and funny. I am so glad I finally found my LAST office space!
The property owner has an office in the building and is always available. He takes care of an issues quickly and efficiently. I am only leaving because I am moving out of state. Good luck to the next occupant!
