Great sales team, willing to help, greatcustomer service!
Walked in the store at 7:30 this evening, we were the only family in there, my intention was to purchase two pairs of shoes for my 9 year old and a pair for my 3 year old. We werent greeted , werent even looked at. We browsed the selection and were interested but the staff stared mindlesly into space. We went to journeys kids , were helped immediately by a curtious and helpful staff. Maybe they should head over there and take some customer service lessons from the employees at journeys.

Was approached to have my bags checked for no reason. My 12 yr daughter bags were searched through for no reason. We were told we set off a silent alarm on their computer. We did not set off the alarm walking out nor did they check the other person walking out before us that happend to be white. They are only allowed to look inside not touch anything in my bag. Will not be giving my business to them anymore.
