Wasn't impressed with sales rep, she told me that I don't have feet for their shoes. Funny because I went to a competitor store and bought same shoes I was looking at.

The foot prints are not accurate at all. I go to a pediatrist and I know my feet and they claimed I didnt have flat feet when the doctor and by physical eye you can see it. When I said that the person ignored it and kept talking and I was like well this isnt right and they moved on. Other than that I got the shoes I was trying to get in the first place and left.
We worked with Sam who was super friendly and helpful. All of the staff were very knowledgeable. We got insoles which are so comfortable. We got fitted for the insoles by walking over a pad, and then standing on the pad and the computer recorded our foot "hot spots." For my husband and I to get insoles we spent $150, but I think it's worth it.
I have shopped and bought shoes at this store before. I bought a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago. I could not get them to where they were comfortable. Called the flatirons store and the person I spoke with told me to bring them back and we could work something out. I returned the shoes and the clerk exchanged them with a new pair at no additional cost. From now on I will be going there before I go anywhere else to purchase shoes. Very satisfied.
