Flak sunglasses were brought in for new nose pieces and during the process one of the arms was broken. But the staff remained very calm and offered a new pair of Flak's 2.0. The staff was very awesome, apologetic, and professional. Thank you very much for all you did for me today!!!
I went into the store to have the ear socks on my Flak Jackets replaced. For starters they were cheaper then they're available for on Amazon! While installing the ear sock, the frames were damaged. I did not notice this until after I had left the store. When I went back they replaced the frame with no questions asked. I was in the store for less than five minutes for them to fix my frames. They made it right!
