This is one of my favorite places! By far the best fish and chips in CO. We've been coming here going on 4 years and the consistency of quality is exceptional. Tons of rotating specials on Fridays and Saturdays that are always fantastic. First real Yorkshire Pudding I've had since leaving the parents house 20 years ago (we're from Scotland.) And then there's the drinks. Great selection of house drinks that are excellent as well as the amazing selection of whiskeys, whiskies, and bourbons (over 300 I believe). They also host special events (e.g. Burns Night, etc.) as well as monthly tasting nights. Staff is awesome and attentive, I can't recommend the Burns enough!
Nice atmosphere, fun place to eat. Yummy drinks and yummy food. Only two single person bathrooms. Though both are not gender specific and at least one was open when I needed it. The servers, bar tenders and everyone else are absolutely amazing. The beef Wellington is like $40 just FYI.
Great hidden gem of a pub... Awesome drink list (particularly classic cocktails and huge whiskey selection) that are carefully prepared. Food is delicious classic British fare. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are two rooms: livelier pub side with bar and tvs and quieter dining side. It's an odd location attached to a hotel all by itself but there's plenty of parking and it's not inside the hotel. Just a great place.
Incredible staff, amazing drinks and even better food. Came here on a whim, and was absolutely blown away. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice. The bangers and mash was totally next level. I absolutely recommend this place to any one looking for a great atmosphere and authentic/delicious food!
Beef Wellington is fantastic here. Took a chance during a busy time and had staff able to anticipate timing of tables to accommodate us. Great selection of whiskeys foreign and domestic with specials. They are really great with kids too, not just ours. Such an interesting use of space adjacent to a motel. Traditional pub section and a cozy dining room.
