Recently I finished up a municipal case involving my dog. I wanted to write a review because I was really appreciative of the the city attorney Courtney Thiemann and the judge for working with me on my case. I know the courts are very busy but neither of them made me feel like I was apart of an assembly line justice system. I was able to talk to Courtney multiple times of the phone. All of which were positive and informative. The Judge was flexible with my work and training schedule. Never once did I feel taken advantage of, tricked or forgotten about. Thank you Broomfield courts for your transparency and flexibility.
I was appalled by the extremely shameful and unprofessional conduct of the Broomfield City Attorney, William Tuthill III, and the meltdown that he exhibited during a deposition he attended as a guest in the summer of 2016. Even attorney Eric Zipporin of Senter, Goldfarb & Rice days later felt compelled to apologize for the embarrassing display, making sure to emphasize the fact that Mr. Tuthill wasn't his client. I expect much more from a public servant representing a municipality the size of Broomfield, Colorado.
