Great hotel. Great staff. Very good breakfast. Great maintenance. Stayed for a week but no issues on any single day. Thank you Holiday Inn!
Very friendly and professional staff! The woman working the front desk was super polite and even let us check into our room early without extra fees. Upon arrival, this hotel appeared to be very new and in top shape- everything seemed great. However, we unfortunately experienced a couple issues during our stay. The shower did not drain properly and filled up like a bathtub, and the toilet would periodically refuse to flush. Also, there was alot of general damage to the bathroom floor tiles, and one towel rack was broken and completely fell off the wall. Furthermore, the hot tub was out of order during our entire stay. :( My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to relaxing in the spa, and had we of known it was out, we would have just stayed somewhere else. The most irritating part of this stay was that there was construction/remodeling happening in our neighboring room. As soon as 9am rolls around, we were woken up by loud drills, saws and employees shouting over the top of it all. It was super frustrating. While I understand that quiet hours are 10-7, this hotel was practically empty during our stay and we could have easily been moved to a room without construction happening next door. I guess my expectations were a little higher for a hotel that looks like such a nice, new establishment on the outside. Sadly, I don't think I will be returning or reccomending this property in the future.
This was a wonderful place to stay. Convenient location, great room. Loved the corner daybed and table, and the spacious shower stall. A great stay for a reasonable price.
The decor is fresh, inspiring and spotlessly clean. Perfect beds and bedding. What else is there to say? Very convenient. A standout.
Overall I'd give it 4 stars. The only reason I didn't give it 5 is that my room was not restocked or cleaned the night of my first stay off three nights. I had hoped for more sound proofing but the bouncing around by the person above me was not the hotels fault. As far as the staff and quality if service was great. Clean place and great breakfast. I would start again without hesitation. Very nice people and stay.
