Nice hotel. Had a huge room with a great view. Spacious dressing area and bathroom, plus a seating and tv area. Really excellent service, though maid service seemed a bit off in the bathroom (they left towels wadded up on the racks). Clean and well lit rooms otherwise. Very quiet rooms. Nice lobby area with a fire to hang out by while waiting for others. Also has a pleasant bar in the lobby. The restaurant, Flatz, has a decent breakfast. Never had lunch there.
Great customer service at this property. We had a little accident here which wasn't the hotel's fault on the property. They took great care of us and made sure everything was OK, and followed up as well. Highly appreciated!
The room was just lovely with a sense that you have your own studio. The bedroom, little "living room" with a nice little bar/fridge area and bathroom are all open and connected. Clean and contemporary. It felt so peaceful and was a nice refuge at the end of the day.
This is a great hotel with really large rooms. The food in the restaurant and room service is of really good standard. The staff are brilliant here always happy to help and really welcoming. The swimming pool is small and there are no changing rooms (just a disabled toilet) so the logistics of swimming and getting back to your room dry can be a little awkward. Otherwise it's a great facility to have. The gym has a lot on offer but lacks the floor space for any personal routines. All in All a great hotel.
Great location near everything. Huge self-free parking lot. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Great bar and restaurant on main floor. Nice indoor pool, even Better outside jacuzzi. Gym in 24-7! Entire hotel from lobby to breakfast area very clean. Great view of mountains have to request that view.
