Well, we expected something better from this place. We asked for extra towels over the phone for our kids because they only provide this room with one towel. The manager said she will sent somebody to the room. Then, we were waiting quite long, nobody is showing up. Then, we go downstairs to ask or to pick up the towels but the manager was so rude ans she won't give us some towels. We came back, then complain to her boss. They sent us the nice service manager and he apologized to us. It took this for towels? Really? Wow, this is like a cheap motel to me. We won't come back to this place for sure.
I visited the golf course restaurant for coffee and to get some work done and I made some calls outside overlooking some snow covered fairways. Quiet place to get some things done. Good menu and drinks selection. Big screen TVs with either live or rerun golf tournaments. Helpful staff. There is a shuttle available from the hotel to the golf course.
My husband and I stayed here for work conference he had. I have to stay I was very impressed by the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The room and view was amazing. The room that we had dinner was so beautiful. We had such a great time! Will definitely be coming here again.
Our stay at the Omni Interlocken Hotel was fabulous. From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel we were welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The Christmas dcor was lovely and the furnishings were elegant. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was helpful and responded quickly when we needed any assistance. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying here again.
My stay at the Omni Interlocken Hotel was perfect in every way. Because of weather conditions I needed to extend my stay for a day. It was taken care of in less than 5 minutes at the same special rate that was offered to the participants of the conference l was attending at the hotel. My room was lovely, had everything I needed. Service was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
