We were very pleased with the care here for our dog. Sadly we had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was very respectful and understanding.
The owner is amazing, Dr McGhee. He has saved our little dogs many times over. I just wish all the vets there would have his commitment to doing what's right for you and your animals, rather than the pocketbook for the business. This is a business now. It use to be not so much.
Weve gone to Dr. Sachel for a few years now and this place has been very good to us. They helped us figure out that our Labrador had food allergies and helped us navigate how to pick our appropriate foods for him. They are always kind, flexible and accommodating when we need to be seen.
I really love this vet. I brought one of my cats here for a check up and I was so impressed with their level of care and attention to detail. I initially chose them because of great reviews and the proximity to my house (right across the street from the first bank center). However, I was so impressed that when I moved away and my other cat was ill, I made the slightly longer drive just so I could take her to Aspen Arbor. I truly feel like they care about your pet. I've unfortunately been to some vets who are just trying to rack up a large bill and don't seem to care. This is not the case at Aspen Arbor. In fact, during my last visit I overheard the doctor and the tech talking about how they weren't going to charge me for a procedure just because they didn't get the results they wanted. I'm not sure if this is policy or if they were just being kind, but it was appreciated nonetheless. I have also received a very detailed breakdown of potential charges, prior to having the services performed. There have been no "surprises" or "cost shock" mentioned in previous reviews.I was also told about their February dental month event where dental procedures are 20% off. I was lucky enough to snag some spots for my two cats. Very cool!
AWESOME PLACE! Friendly staff, clean facility, a full exam of my pooch, a very reasonable price for treatment and free coffee! I worked with Tammy today and on a scale from 1 - 10 she is a 15! Im looking forward to boarding my pooch there in January!
