5 star experience at Flatirons purchasing my Q5. Ryan & Rebekah were fantastic. Zero pressure, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Frenchy in finance was equally as pleasurable to work with. I've yet to deal with Service/Parts but would assume the same customer experience. Would highly recommend.
They did an amazing job. The techs work fast and efficiently and the service advisors are friendly and helpful. Blayne was great to work with. And the technology they use to show you when they are working on your car is amazing. Really creates transparency for an industry that used to be shady. Will definitely be back.
Rebekah and Ryan were amazingly helpful, patient, charming and friendly. They allowed me to use their phones and desks for hours, and guided me through an enormous amount of formalities to complete the deal. And at the end, Matt drove my car into my garage, as I could not simultenously drive my car and a rental car. It was also nice to find out that the car was fueled up. They turned a tough experience of buying and insuring a used car into fun. I am extremely grateful to them.

She is quick to respond, makes getting a new car seamless/comfortable (this hasnt been my past experiences, so I was incredibly thankful for her!), and super friendly.
