I rate this with 3 stars because the 2 owners are extremely nice. I purchased a vehicle there in Sept and they were upfront that it had a new radiator and some work completed on this car. 2 days later the car over heated and I had to replace the thermostat after that everything was fine. I then had to take it in for emissions which the vehicle failed because the Check engine light was on and the camshaft position sensor, A circuit bank or single senor. I took the car to the mechanic who replaced the parts needed. Took the car back to emissions for a 2nd time and it failed for the same thing. Had the car looked at one more time after the 2nd fail and had the problem fixed. The car went back in for a 3rd emissions and once again failed. This is when I called the dealer ship see how i go about getting another temp tag because the original one has been expired since Nov. I was told that I can try with the county that I live in and was referred to there mechanic because he knows how to fix the cars or apply to be exempt. Just when you try and give the smaller companies a chance to make it you end up getting stuck with a car you can not even drive. The worst part is I paid cash for the car after saving for months and now am still pretty much car-less. I wished they were willing to help a little more. Maybe should get the cars emissions before selling them. I will unfortunately be checking state lemon laws
BE AWARE of this scandalous business. I'm currently a customer caught in the middle of them playing games and tricks with the finance paperwork trying to create a reason for repossession. The most pressing issue is he works closely with the mechanic shop ONE MAN'S GARAGE to scam the warranty company and catch the customer in the middle. They now have raised the price on work, demand more cash, and are withholding my belongings as ransom for me to pay them for their fraudulent business practices. I will expose them and seek justice as I'm a homeless disabled person and they have put my life at risk for their disgusting morals.
We looked at a Jeep Liberty 3 times! After looking around at other dealerships, we always came back to the Jeep at Excello. Jason made it easy and zero pressure. We received a warranty too. Once my 16 year old saw the Jeep, it was hers! A great place to find a first car.
