While I believe they got the job done at a fair price, I wanted to leave a little extra review for Keith who helped me out that day.Keith's personality and attitude is what I would say is similar to a pleasant sunny day. He was very real with me and even took the extra step to inform me of my upcoming maintenance costs and he printed out the list of things I could expect and their costs. To me, that is what someone who loves their job and the clients they serve would do. Keith made my experience memorable and enjoyable. Thank you Keith!!

I just purchased a new Volvo XC40 R-Design from Sill Her-Har Volvo and had a top-notch experience. This was a custom order vehicle that wasn't supposed to be delivered until at least 10 months out because the demand is so high for this new model, but Sill Ter-Har Volvo was able to locate an XC40 that nearly identical to the one I ordered in only 4 months!The purchase process was incredibly fast and straight-forward. I attribute this to my sales associate, Bill Zimmerer. I reached out to several Volvo dealerships by email wanting as much info as I could glean before stepping foot in the dealership. Bill was maybe 2 out of 10 sales people from other dealerships who took the time to respond to my inquiries with care and timeliness. Most sales associates want you in the dealership before they take you seriously as a buyer, but Bill treated me like a VIP completely sight unseen. I knew that I could trust him with my purchase, and I was absolutely right. Before signing, I had worked out the finance numbers to the exact penny with Bill, and that is exactly what was reflected on the sales contract. No surprises, no pressure to purchase upgrades and no feeling of being "worked" by the dealership. I think other reviewers probably used online auto finance calculators to estimate their payments and then blame the dealership when the payments don't match. Bill laid out exactly what I would be paying long before I sat down to sign.I can make no recommendations to have improved my experience with Sill Ter-Har Volvo. Volvo makes terrific cars and this dealership provides the service to match that quality.
Great sales staff and they have a good selection of vehicles at very competitive prices. Jack, owner, is a wonderful man. Please consider supporting local businesses that are owned and operated by local owners of our communities; rather than the large auto conglomerates. Dealers like Sil-TerHar are a rarity in our big box world.
I must say this weekend restored my faith in great people on the Sill-TerHar Volvo staff.. I returned after an interesting experience 2 years ago. This weekend it was amazing, the gentlemen handling the parts/customer service desk was very Professional, personable, & knowledgeable. He went that extra mile to secure my item! It's good to see great people on the staff there are now!
