They were very fast and friendly. has to get new keys and a fob made due to having my only set lost and they got it done all in the same day. Any time I go here they are helpful, fast and kind.

Alicia Cooper was so responsive and helpful with everything we asked, keeping in close contact. Khalid in the finance department was the best we have ever worked with, he worked late into the night to get our payment right where we wanted. And Anthony the GM made the purchase of our car possible in the final step to keep our interest rate low. We are truly grateful for everyone who helped us, and are now proud owners of a 2015 Z06 Corvette
This dealer was terrible. Not in the sense like they ruined my car *but they did make a mistake and tried to have me pay for it* but the service itself stunk and the customer service was trash. Except for a man named Tall Tom. I called the service department and left messages on Jesse's answering machine three times asking for a call back to make an appointment. Jesse never returned any of my calls and so I finally made an appointment online because calling them was going nowhere. *Jesse was the gentleman I was working with the previous time I had trouble with my vehicle. I arrive to drop my vehicle off early *and in their defense it was two hours early but I was told that would be fine* and they were dead when I arrived so I thought I would just sign some paperwork and be on my way. But no one there knew how to sign me in and said I had to wait for Jesse but he was on lunch. I waited for 45 minutes while they ignored me until Tall Tom saw me standing and tried his best to assist me until finally another guy finally gave in and said he could help me. Besides Tom none of them were pleasant. The next day Jesse called and got me my vehicle and he was pleasant but man was he terrible and returning calls or even making the slightest effort at contacting me back. Real nice guy but terrible call back skills. I honestly would not recommend taking your vehicle to be serviced here just go a town over and try there. They changed the rings out on my car and did not instill my crankshaft seal correctly and tried to say it was just wear and tear and they didn't even install or go near that seal. So I had to pull out the parts list that they gave me and show them the part number *after googling it* that they did in fact install a new seal just so I would not be charged $400 for them to fix their mistake. And finally I would not trust any of their people they have to test drive your vehicle. They kept mine over night so they could have a technician test drive it 40 miles to make sure nothing was leaking. But when they returned the vehicle the next day I found two 99 cent shots wedged in between my passenger seat. Literally the worst. The customer service here is trash for the most part and they let you know they do not need your business by ignoring you. The only reason I gave a two star review was because of Tall Tom. Just avoid this place or not I do not care because I am not going back.

I had to have the transmission in my half ton work truck replaced. This is an issue since I travel a lot for work and needed it back as soon as possible. Tom was in contact with me the entire time and the truck was actually done before they promised it back. Tom and his service team were great to deal with and got a tough job done as promised and there were no surprises when I went to take care of the bill. Customer Service is the key to my business. As long as they are this good, they will always have my business.
