Great experience. Walked in without an appointment and they got my jeep in to diagnose the leak problem right away. Explained the problems to me and gave a spot on estimate. Got a loaner, but they got the work done sooner than expected. The guys were great and I would totally go back
I had a serious issue with my car's serpentine belt and had to leave it at a random parking lot. Accountable Auto Care was able to see me the very next day and provided me with an accurate estimate, great service, and did everything possible to leave my car in excellent condition. I really appreciate their attention to detail, their professionalism, and overall service and effort to service. I am definitely going back and have recommended them to friends.
We took our 2004 CRV in to Mark and his team at Accountable Auto Care to get an understanding of the weird feelings and sounds we were experiencing. They gave our car a thorough inspection and honest feedback, recommending some work and the reasons why, but explaining why they didn't think other (expected) work was necessary. The shop is clean and the mechanics are friendly and only offer what your vehicle needs.The owner is Mark Gurnsey and he truly cares about the well being of your vehicle and keeping it running well.They do offer loaner vehicles (due to availability) and they are efficient with the service. The pricing is fair. It is not the cheapest and I'm good with that knowing the services done keep my vehicles running well.I highly recommend Accountable Auto Care.
