This is the best shop in Bloomfield hands down. I've never trusted a mechanic the way I trust Randy's and that is because they have earned it time and time again.
The people here are very understanding and friendly. All of their time and cost estimates have been extremely accurate. This is one of the few places that could do a proper alignment on a dually, even with 35 inch tires. They've helped me with multiple issues I've been having trouble with for years ( more specifically steering issues). I'll definitely be going back here again when service is needed!
Was @ 1st frustrated cause an xtra part needed to be ordered and was delayed. However, the employees did everything they could to make the experience as painless as possible and the overall experience was pretty good.
