I just picked up my car from the service dept. and I have a few urgent concerns. One being that my window rolls all the way down when I exit my vehicle and doesn't go back up when the door is shut and locked. This was not happening when I brought my car in (they weren't supposed to mess with anything electrical) and they didn't document it so it had to be caused by them. I have a sound system worth $2,500 in my car and this poses a security threat because I don't have a garage. Not to mention, I don't want the interior of my car exposed to the elements in the middle of winter. Secondly, my advisor told me that they would check on the rough idle after my radiator was replaced. When I reviewed my receipt at home, I saw no documentation of that happening. This was an imperative detail that was overlooked. The significance of it is this-- I have an extended warranty, so I needed to get every concern analyzed to keep me at my $100 deductible (the warranty cost me $4,000 mind you). I will not be paying my deductible again to correct an advisor's incompetence. I've had my car in the shop four times within a year; so I wanted to check everything wrong off of the list to restore it. I called back minutes after I arrived home, and I was told that I could bring It back in. I said, "Alright, I'll need a vehicle to get to work." I was told the rental portion of the dealership was closed. Alright, no problem... except you're the reason I need a different vehicle for transportation! I could've planned around this if they didn't rush through the services. So, now I have to crawl out of my passenger side in order to secure my vehicle. On top of all this, my stereo will not shut off until I do it manually. I am enfuriated at the lack of attention to detail I expect from a company I trusted to protect the single largest investment/asset I have to my name. Once this is resolved, you can bet I'll be considering a new service department. Additionally, the time I brought it in before this fiasco, my cooling system was serviced and it came back with a leak. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt if they had done a COOLING SYSTEM PRESSURE TEST after servicing my COOLING SYSTEM. Maybe the leak existed before they touched it, who knows at this point. I am waiting for a call back in the morning to see how they will resolve my issues. I will delete my review, plus all will be forgiven if you make it right.
Absolutely the worst so called "Service" in Broomfield. I had an appointment at 1:30pm for a simple oil change and rotation as my wife waited.Well 3:00pm it's not done yet and when I called I got nothing but attitude and excuse after excuse after excuse. Now I have missed my Dr's appointment and are late leaving town and the little girl who answered the phone was Rude and Clueless. I Highly recommend if your on a schedule even if you leave a couple hours extra for an oil change, dont come here. Now 3:15pm still not done. Will update!!!!!!!!!!And now its done. Come to find out they didn't even have right oil for my car. What??? I called and emailed my make and model a week before appointment .RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
