I've taken my 2011 Ranger XLT and 2002 Escape to RPM multiple times for periodic maintenance as well as to fix problems or breakages, and every time I've been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, the quick turnaround, and the quality of the work done. They're thorough, clearly well-trained, and they communicate very well, especially when the issue is highly technical. Their prices are reasonable (even inexpensive, considering how well they do the job), and I've never had a complaint. I've switched to them permanently from the Ford dealership where I did business for 17 years, and I heartily recommend them.
The guys are friendly, they know everything about cars, and they charge reasonable prices. I'm very pleased with them every time we take the car in. Most importantly, they've been really honest with us.
