DO NOT USE THIS AGENT FOR ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE with American Family Insurance!!!!!!!!! His office help is horrible and they do not know what they are doing. James Giacoma was very rude and bad-mannered on the phone. He said he was down a person in the office who was on vacation and was too busy to do business with me and he was not nice about it!!!!!! Did not want my business at all. Did not apologize at all. Went to another American Family Insurance Agent in Westminster and they had me setup over the phone in 15 minutes!!!!! James Giacoma's rate was much higher too then the what the other American Family agent in Westminster gave me for the same coverage!!!!! Something is UP with this office?????????
