We had our insurance transferred to Tim after several years with another Agent and we couldnt be happier. Tim has been very responsive with us any time weve had questions or concerns. His staff is also incredibly friendly and they have been willing to help us with policy questions no matter how big or small the concern. My wife and I are excited to continue working with them for many years to come!
This photo should sum it up. We are paying out of pocket for our new roof after 18 years as an Am Fam policy holder in Broomfield. After each hail storm that we've experienced, Am Fam adjusters denied our hail damage claims and said our shingles were "indestructible ". Then, suddenly, we received a letter from "Am Scam " stating that they were requiring us to get a new roof, or they would drop our coverage. After we received the letter, Tim didn't go to bat for us with the corporate office. He took over for a previous agent and I guess he didn't want to get involved. PS One star is not accurate, but zero stars are not allowed.
